Please follow the simple steps below to proceed with the SIM card activation procedure. Please note the following:

1. As required by law, activation of the Spanish Card requires customer identity verification. Please have your passport ready.

2. The maximum number of SIM/eSIM cards allowed to be activated per person is 5.

3. Only adults (over 18 years old) can perform identity verification.

4. Activation requested during the night period (23:00 - 09:00 AM CET) will be executed at 09:00 AM.

5. After receiving the activation confirmation email and arriving in the package coverage area, insert the SIM card and restart the phone.

6. After activation, please ignore the text message requesting a copy of your passport or ID card.
