2.QQMOVIL is a distributor of various services from mobile providers (“OPERATORS” hereinafter). This website allows the activation and recharging of only SIM/eSIM cards that have been purchased from our partners or directly from our online stores.

3. Each OPERATOR has its own terms and conditions, under which its service is guaranteed. To access the specific terms and conditions of each OPERATOR, you can refer to the documentation provided in the SIM card package or to the information provided in each online or physical store.

4.Some OPERATORS require, by the law of their countries, to collect personal information from their clients and identify them by a person or through biometric systems. In such cases the OPERATOR delegates this responsibility to its distributors. QQMOVIL, as an authorized distributor, will collect, in such cases, the customer's personal information extracted from the passport photograph or national identity document, identifying the customer remotely (online) using a biometric system and will send this information to the OPERATOR.

5.GDPR Compliance:

a. QQMOVIL is fully GDPR compliant and periodically audited by certified professionals.

b. deletes collected personal information from its systems 30 days after SIM/eSIM activation.

c. Any change in personal information must be provided to the corresponding OPERATOR.

d. Personal information is not shared, under any circumstances, with third parties beyond the OPERATOR.
